Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Player Pro and Coach plans come with a 14-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set before committing. No credit card required to start.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your game history and analyses are never deleted. If you downgrade, you retain read access to all past analyses but new analyses will be subject to your new plan limits.
Can coaches also use the platform as a player?
Every Coach and Club plan includes full Player Pro features for the plan holder. You get both coaching tools and your own personal training experience.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are discounted by 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us for custom pricing if you represent a large organization or school district.
How does the student account system work?
Coaches invite students via email. Each student gets their own login with a player experience, while the coach sees aggregated progress data and can assign drills or lessons from the coaching dashboard.
